The Janitor position is responsible for performing all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned area inside a particular building or multiple client sites.  Exact tasks of janitorial crew are not definite, consequently, must be flexible in performing assigned duties per client’s specifications.

$16.75 / hour

Thursday - Monday day shift 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

Thursday - Monday midnight Shift 12:00 am - 8:00 am

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position.  Other duties may be assigned:

• Clean exterior perimeter
• Empty and clean waste container
• Empty and clean ash trays
• Remove cob webs around the building
• Clean and dust ceilings and ventilation louvers
• Vacuum mats 
• Clean entry doors outside and inside
• Sweep stairwells
• Clean and sanitize, and restock restroom
• Clean Dock area  
• Must carry radio at all times
• Able to understand English 
• Snow Removal
• Power wash/ floor equipment
• Adjust to flex schedule
• Must work holidays when scheduled

• Must be able to follow written and oral directions
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a janitorial type position.
