Allied Universal Janitorial Services is seeking Outdoor Janitors for our property at Broadway at the Beach in South Carolina with a rate of pay of 12.75 an hour.

As a Outdoor/Exterior Groundskeeper you will be responsible for upkeeping parking lots and common areas at numerous commercial shopping centers. Complete preventative maintenance inspections. Communicate any property needs or issues. Complete site-specific work orders. Upkeep and maintain quarterly, monthly pressure washing needs. 

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent for full time positions.
• Certain positions may require successful completion of a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Effective communication skills with customer, patrons, and employees- assisting others in a friendly and engaging manner at all times.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability on completing tasks that can be repetitive.
• Able to:
• Work in various working conditions and environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat for extended periods.Porter common areas,
• upkeep public restrooms,
• high/low dusting, store front window cleaning,
• Respond to customer, or site needs, evaluate designated areas for tenant trash, cardboard, and trash cans. Assist and accommodate with site events (setup, tear down, upkeep).
